This is because we believe in teaching our clients about the fundamentals of nutrition and habit formation so that they can create their OWN meal plans if they so desire. Healthype Habits will provide resources and feedback for designing and implemeting meal plans for clients who choose to pursue meal planning as a goal.
No, Healthype Habits does not provide exercise plans or workouts for our clients. Healthype Habits is qualified to provide resources and scientifically-sourced information on how to incorporate healthy exercise into your lifestyle; however, we are NOT certifed fitness professionals.
If you have specific goals regarding athletic performance or physique, Healthype Habits can best serve you by helping you learn to sustainably implement the workout regimen provided to you by a certified fitness professional.
